Order processing

Online orders are made and dispatched within 2 business days after your order and personalised design are confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Processing time is separate from the delivery estimates below.

Shipping within Australia

Standard shipping costs AUD $4.95 and is free for orders of AUD $60 or more. Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping is available, with estimated delivery of 1–3 business days after dispatch. The regular Express shipping rate is AUD $9.95. Any applicable discounted rate will be displayed at checkout.

Express shipping does not shorten the production and processing time.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to destinations available at checkout.

Standard international shipping costs AUD $19.95, with estimated delivery of 4–10 business days after dispatch.

Free international shipping is available for orders of AUD $99 or more, with estimated delivery of 5–9 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Remote locations, public holidays, customs processing and carrier delays may extend delivery times.
